Bear is a 5 year old AQHA gelding. He has been ranched on for the last 3 years, and been my number one best horse. He loves his job and is good at it. From doctoring to throwing calves on his back, nothing bothers him. He’s had a lot of miles in the Rocky Mountains rounding up cows in the fall. He will cross any rivers, bogs, or waterways. Bear is very responsive to the bit, and has a beautiful handle on him. He can do lead changes with ease, has a nice spin, and comes off of foot pressure nicely. He really shines on the head side of team roping. He’s relaxed in the box, rates, and turns well. He would have a great career heading, or would make someone a great ranch horse.
